Luck refreshes each session.

You must dedicate your Luck points to a roll BEFORE you roll. You cannot fail a roll, decide you'll use Luck, then roll again with the Luck bonus. However, if another circumstance would otherwise allow a reroll (ie, you were trying to move some crates, failed, and then someone showed up to help, allowing a complimentary roll) you may apply Luck as normal to the new roll if you wish.

If you shoot a gun and miss, you can't reroll with Luck. You can't reroll Death Saves. Though if you ARE going to use Luck on a roll, that's probably the time...
